Electrical Resistance Tomography (ERT) is a novel cross section measurement technology developed in recent years. It can achieve the visualization measurement of multi-phase media component parameter in the closed pipe and process vessel inside. It is adequate for two/multi phase flow process that the conductive liquid is continuous phase. ERT is an important research direction of process tomography.With the development of industry technique and the requirement of the practical application, it needs the higher image precision and image speed. Therefore, this paper discusses the modified image algorithm, the realization of image reconstruction algorithms for ERT based on single drive electrode method, the three-dimension image reconstruction and so on. Meanwhile, the software package based on C++Builder is developed.The main contributions and work are as follows:1 Deeply discuss the common image algorithms, especially the linear back-projection algorithm, suggest a LBP algorithm with weight and expatiate the development of three-dimension image reconstruction.2 Study the image reconstruction algorithms based on single drive electrode method. With the analysis of sensitive field based on the single drive electrode method, this paper proposes the modified LBP algorithm, the modified SBP algorithm and the LBP algorithm based on electric lines of force.3 Study the three-dimension image reconstruction of ERT system and design the internet applications software package. The three-dimension image display mainly uses the tool of C++Builder combined with OpenGL system.
