Some new problems have occurred along with car electron technology develops rapidly. First, many ECUs that their control function is different collect signals separately, but many signals are collected by different ECU at same times. The number of sensors is increased quickly. The circuit becomes complex, the cost increases, reliability comes down, and maintain gets difficulty then. So the information integration of car's job status became very important. Second, the measure method of job status, especially load measure, does not satisfy the needs in the measurement accuracy, steady state response and dynamic response at same times.It's an effective way to solve these problems that adopts multimode information integration base on car network, especially base on FlexRay. In the system, the information integration ECU gathers job status information by multimode technology, which the information is need for ECUs. The information is sent to the bus after it is processed. The ECUs can share the information resource. It can ensure the optimum matching between the ECUs with different control function to make the whole control performance optimization.This paper introduces the research background and the significance. Contrast analysis the main type of the car network bus. The network node based on DSP is designed, including the choice of the FlexRay node controller, the sensor, the design of I/O interface circuit of the network node, and the design of anti-interference. Introduces the multimode measure method of car load information, after research many measure methods of car load information. It judges operating status and switches the modes by fuzzy theory. Finally, use the fuzzy theory in the multimode information collection system based on car network, and achieve the design of the hardware and software of the system.The system's feasibility and reliability are validated by car engine test, road test and network communication test. The tests results indicate that the system can well tail and reflect the change of car speed to improve accelerate and decelerate performance. The system is of high real-time, information transferring nicety, and obvious effect on saving oil. It can meet the needs of the engineering application.
