WEB-speedup-system can specially solve servers defer,bandwidth congestion , network defer and WEB application security probrem.WEB-speedup-system uses real_time compressing, intelligent image adjusting, server I/O reduce stree technology, All-In-One object speedup technology, individuation optimizing page, unique dynamic cache, Server Load balance, protocol optimize, passive and active security protect method. The pager expatiated on compress algorithm and flow frame, course of photograph conversion, disk I/O technology, nework I/O technology. In this paper, there are detailed explain about development and use of dynamic algorithm. WEB application security uses the mothod that combines passive and active security protect method, so it can optimize protecting. The pager has detailedly expatiated how I design the fingerprint database, state database and maintenance. Server Load balance has a lot of algorithm, furthermore added algorithm about multi-WEB-speedup-system. In order to improve system throughput, I use adjust TCP protocol parameter. It is a innovative design of dynamic cache algorithm degign, and used by WEB-speedup-system.
