Nowadays, the people who use network is more and more, They have a high request for its network rate. How they like use local servers? And how do we assure datas from servers or client? The slow WEB application usually weaken productivity, reduce profit added, and reduce client satisfaction. This block enterprise expand. WEB-speedup-system can specially solve servers defer,bandwidth congestion , network defer and WEB application security probrem.WEB-speedup-system uses real_time compressing, intelligent image adjusting, server I/O reduce stree technology, All-In-One object speedup technology, individuation optimizing page, unique dynamic cache, Server Load balance, protocol optimize, passive and active security protect method. The pager expatiated on compress algorithm and flow frame, course of photograph conversion, disk I/O technology, nework I/O technology. In this paper, there are detailed explain about development and use of dynamic algorithm. WEB application security uses the mothod that combines passive and active security protect method, so it can optimize protecting. The pager has detailedly expatiated how I design the fingerprint database, state database and maintenance. Server Load balance has a lot of algorithm, furthermore added algorithm about multi-WEB-speedup-system. In order to improve system throughput, I use adjust TCP protocol parameter. It is a innovative design of dynamic cache algorithm degign, and used by WEB-speedup-system. The end pager section explains the results that WEB-speedup-system has been tested, It explained these experimental data.The paper related to many algorithm and use methods, based on requirement, integrated software develop flow. Now , That WEB-speedup-system has much real data indicates the system has very good applicability.
