Railway station signaling control system (RSCS) is the key system to realize the functions of train operation commanding and safety protection in the field of railway signaling. Traditional RSCS adopts the track circuits to detective the positions of trains, which forms the closed loop control of signaling system, and moreover, realizes the functions of train operation commanding and safety protection.Recently, the RSCS positioned with other technologies becomes possible as the developments of scientific technology. GALILEO satellite navigation system is the first complete civil high precision satellite navigation system. In this dissertation, the transform made by GALILEO high precision satellite navigation system (GHPSNS) and the function requirements of RSCS based on high precision positioning technology (HPPT) are analyzed. Based on those, the structure and software &hardware constitutes of RSCS based on GHPSNS are proposed. At last, the interlocking logic with its realization method to realize the train operation commanding and safety protection is researched in detail.In the dissertation, research is focused on the followings:1.the performances of RSCS based on track circuits, such as the safety, the reliability, the maintainability, the efficiency, etc. are analyzed, and the deficiencies of the system are shown. Moreover, the conclusion that the HPPT will be used in the RSCS instead of track circuits technology inevitably is demonstrated.2.the performances of various railway signaling system positioning technologies, such as the reliability, the safety, the precision, the maintainability, etc. are analyzed. And the conclusion that GALILEO satellite navigation system is applicable to RSCS.3.the transforms of railway operation commanding method, the functions of signaling control system, the interlocking technology, the efficiency of system and the safety methods of system made by HPPT are studyed.4.the function requirements of RSCS based on HPPT are analyzed. The system functions are designed.The structure of the new type RCSC based on HPPT is proposed.5.the software structure of RSCS based on HPPT is designed, and interlocking logic with its realization method under the new operation mode are researched emphatically.At last, various performances of RSCS based on HPPT are analyzed. The problems that the system may have to solve are proposed, and the referenced solutions are given.
