For a long time,material factories have used manual supervision to control materials,which is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also has many management loopholes.Individual truck drivers collude with forklift drivers to load superior materials at inferior material prices,or forklift drivers make mistakes in their work and incorrectly load materials,which will bring economic losses to material factories and are difficult to eliminate.This phenomenon has long plagued the owners of material factories.To solve the above problems,this paper presents a high-precision forklift trajectory recognition technology based on Beidou.Through the joint positioning of vehicle-mounted Beidou high-precision module and ground-enhanced base station,the horizontal positioning accuracy can reach the meter level or even the sub-meter level.Two-way transmission of data is carried out through vehicle-borne human-computer interaction interface and wireless local area network communication to realize data interaction.Through the control of integrated circuit card,voice playing reminder and high-precision trajectory identification of forklift,it can effectively monitor,guide and standardize the behavior of forklift driver,prevent the misleading of materials intentionally or unintentionally,and avoid the loss of material factory.At present,satellite positioning technology has become mature,and the cost of Beidou positioning has gradually become suitable for general civil equipment.At the same time,the emergence of a large number of new technologies has made Beidou positioning more and more accurate,and has fully met the vehicle trajectory identification,to achieve the purpose of automatic material supervision.The work of this paper is as follows:1.By introducing the research status of satellite positioning at home and abroad,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of using Beidou satellite for high-precision positioning,and introduces the development history,composition range,positioning accuracy,main functions and impact significance of Beidou satellite.2.The principle of satellite positioning and assistant positioning of ground augmentation station are introduced.The principle,advantages,disadvantages and development of differential positioning technology are emphasized.The format of satellite datagram is introduced in detail.The system composition,hardware composition and software algorithm flow of the forklift trajectory identification module based on Beidou positioning are described in detail.3.The principle of trajectory recognition algorithm of forklift truck is elaborated in detail.The trajectory recognition process of forklift truck based on Beidou is explained from three aspects: the specific flow of the algorithm,the principle of trajectory recognition and the analysis of the actual loading process of forklift truck.4.The system composition,hardware composition and software algorithm flow of the forklift trajectory recognition module based on Beidou positioning are described in detail,including chip selection of each part of the circuit,circuit principle analysis and flow algorithm diagram of the software subroutine.5.The development environment of the project,the application of simulation software and some experience and skills in practical engineering are introduced,including equal-length wiring,impedance wiring,coordinate measuring method of center point,calibration method of reference orientation,etc.The feasibility of the trajectory recognition algorithm is verified by actual data,and its accuracy and accuracy can meet the needs of the project.
