With the development of supply chain and e-commerce, the lag of logistics system has become the bottle-neck of the supply chain. The development of logistics encounters a new chance as the supply chain matures, as a result a new logistics conception and model appear. A proper logistics model under the supply chain can make both supply chain and logistics developed in a healthy course. Therefore the development of logistics has become the key point of the growing of supply chain.The problem that traditional logistics stickle in the range of enterprise or the socialization degree is low has increased the traditional logistics costs and made it been a burden of enterprise. So it becomes an emergent work that how to organize, reconstruct or reform logistics of company, making it run effectively and how to improve internal logistics to making enterprise invincible, and win in the drastic competition of market. In some sense, competition between modern companies has become competition of company's logistics.This paper focuses on the way to construct suitable logistics pattern and solve the primary question of this logistics pattern. Three kinds of questions are studied in this paper:(1) Giving a new pattern of logistics in Supply Chain. Analyzing all the patterns of logistics appearing in the development of logistics history; we give a pattern called The Third Part Logistics in Supply Chain, and then analysis characteristics and advantages of this logistics pattern.(2) Giving a Min-Move-Cost model of the Traveling Salesman Problem and Vehicle Scheduling Problem, and then solving the mathematics model. Based on the analysis of Vehicle Routing Problem and the arithmetic solution, we propose a Min-Move-Cost vehicle routing mode, and make use of the improved hill-climbing algorithm and ant colony algorithm to seek answer and analyze routing programming of bidirectional logistics, we paid more attention to the improvement of choice and seeking strategy.
