The tank has already developed the fourth generation, but it is still a control system needs improve. The research focuses on the improvement of the tank gun control system based on the new model which considering of the saturation and other nonlinear factors. The final target is to gain excellent performance to step or slope input. At the same time, the controller should have good adaptability to the fact word which consider of friction and white noise. The principal contents of the article and the work do are listed as follows:(1)By inherit and analytical traditional tank gun control system, it gets the new model of the tank gun control system with saturation.(2)It solves the problem of determine the parameter of the controller which is difficult to choose because of the saturation.(3)To improve the accuracy of steady state, it designed the correction for lag by root locus method and integral separated PID control of tank gun control system.(4)It gives the simulation and analysis of the friction and disturbance which effects on the tank gun control system. To anti-ground noise, it designed the Kalman filter which is based on the PID controller of the tank gun control system.
