With the characters such as easy to use, shortcut, easy to store and manage, the E-mail is accepted by the public soon, and turns to the effective tool for delivering documents, exchanging message, communicating feelings. With the continuous development of informationization process, and with the increasement of the degree of office automation day by day, in the inner of army, using inner army web for delivering files has become a sort of common phenomenon.
