The System Of Non-metal Gasket's Execution Based On Open CNC

Attribute to the rapidly developing of PC technology,The open architecture baded on PC is accepted by more and more people. Therefore to apply PC technology to CNC and develop PC-based Open CNC turn into the main trend in the field of N C technology.In this paper, the System of Non_metal Gasket's execution Based on Open CNC, is developed. And some key technologies of developing a PC-based Open CNC are also studied. The contents and some innovations are as follows:(1) According to the definition and features of Open Architecture CNC, advantages of using general PC and motion control board to develop such kind of CNC are analyzed. And then a general system platform of that CNC is proposed,corresponding hardware composing and modulized sofeware design theory areprovided.(2) A new adaptive method about curve interpolation is proposed, which can automatically adjust step-length of motion and confine the contour error within a given tolerance. And this algorithm is well applied in the interpolation of cube B-Spline, curves.(3) A cutter compensation algorithm based on parametric curve, is studied in this paper, including analyses of detailed path transit situation, transit vectors and the whole process of establisment, implement, and finishing of cutter compensation.
