Space Resourse Management System is one part of China TieTong Resourse Management System, which is developed by ZTESoft. The system is developed through using Geography Information System, solves the problem about managing the outside telecom resourses, provides the effective and scientific method to manage the outside resourses for telecom operators.Based on plenty of information about China Tietong telecom resourses, Space Resourse Management System has been developed. The System is adoped in J2EE framework and Delphi based on the components of superMap Object. SuperMap SDX+ and oracle, database management system, combine spatial data and attribute data occanically.Space Resourse Management System consists of blueprint management, layer management, resourse management and resourse search and count. Blueprint management consists of Blueprint creation, Blueprint edition, Blueprint deletion and so on. Layer management includes setting scale of layer, setting style of layer, setting spatic index of layer and setting order of layer. According condition and scope the users set, they can select the resourses through resourse search and countThe System has established uniform, graphic and intellectualized platform of resourse management, implemented the management and allotment to telecom resourse, proceeded the opening and restoration of business.It can achieve organization and optimization to network, provide the data to the department of decision-making and operation. It can communicate with another system throught the uniform interface platform, lay a solid foundation for operation of the telecom enterprise, bring the maximal benefit to the telecom operator.
