EC-lab models the different roles in the process of EC and each role finishes its transaction by EC. By experiments, students get to know the stages in the whole process of EC, thus, they master the basic knowledge and operational skills of EC. EC-lab prepares several experiments, including the outline of EC and basic operation, B2C experiment, B2C goods management, the issue and search of website information, safety measures experiment of EC and B2B experiment, which satisfy the needs of EC major students to model the organization and management of EC. Adopting B/S structure and on Intranet/Internet, this system designs a compact WEB site for EC-lab. This thesis has a detailed illustration of the design and process of EC-lab and has a deep exploration of the main skills adopted by the system. It also creates a website based on EC-lab.EC-lab is an experimental model, not an experimental show. It models the basic process of EC by the way of experiment and it creates the local area network for EC teaching experiment and it can also be combined with the campus internet. This system includes the key skills of systematic websites' design and the realization of B2C and B2B. The systematic websites' design functions as the database management, for example, the users' management, the initiation of the system, data copies and the statistics and output of the scores. B2C system makes the goods display on internet, sales and interal management possible. B2B is a system by which the three parts: purchasers, manufacturers, EDI and logistics center cooperate together. Therefore, in B2B experiment, three experiments are finished by three people in a group in which they plays the different roles in turn. This system is developed for the teaching of EC, the training and the tests for vocational skill certificates. It has eight experiments. The system will output the experiments' scores when students finish them. The initial purpose of the exploration of this system is for experiments of the EC major students. Later, it was studied as a college project and now it has been almost completed. In the end, this thesis has a brief discussion on how to further the study.
