With the rapid development of computer network and distributed computing, it is possible that take advantage of the ability of Peers in a high level. While the communication between different distributed system and the limited ability of servers have done many bad effects on the application of distributed system. For instance, the ORB agent is need if select CORBA and the DCOM only can be used in Microsoft Windows System and all the peers should be Java-Program if select RMI. In another way, the processing ability of server always was limited and only process finite requests at the same time. Fortunately, service-oriented distributed computing and peer-to-peer technologies give us a bright future in solving the problems mentioned above. In the paper, we construct a service-oriented peer-to-peer system via the technologies. The system can be used in intranet for distributed resources location and can be used and modified easily. The work in the paper include several aspects: constructing service-oriented peer-to-peer system via liking-structural peer-to-peer technologies; constructing Index-Server, including service for peer register, service for peer state changing and service for peer location; constructing peer system, including: query for peers, service for index and service for context; developing Index-Server and Peer via means of Open-Source technologies and free resources. It is a sample application of peer-to-peer in intranet.
