As one of the most reliable computer's detection technologies, the discreted detecting technologies for automotive performances are developed rapidly during the recent years, and it has important significance both in research and application field. At present, these detection technologies are mature enough to be applied in automotive performance detection. The goal of the task is to build up this kind of detection system based on computer's detection technologies.In this paper, the constitution of detection system that have been proposed in this area is introduced firstly. After analyzing the characters of detection euqipments, we propose to link all detection equipments with main computer successfully by using Moxa communication card. The design schema of microcomputer is introduced in detailed both in hardware and in software.The communication procedures between main computer and all detection equipments including the control algorithms of main computer's main control program are also discussed.The measures about microcomputer both in hareware and in software to protect the disturbs are presented in detailed, so are the methods of filtering,emphatically discussed the method of filtering with the unascertained rational number so that.Other measures in communications are also introduced.
