The Current meyhod in knowledge mining by the Gene Expression Programming (GEP) is a passive procedure. People only can passively accept the result after several generations of evolution. Thus the evolution process would be out of control, the quality and speed of the evolution can hardly be foreseened. Enlightened by the concept of Transgene of the modern biology, this thesis proposes the Gene Injection technique and the new idea on Transgenic Technology, It guilds the evolution trend of every generation to some extent by working on the evolution process. Hence it can improve results quality and speed through the effect of both natural select and manual select during evolution process. The main contribution includes :1. Propose the conceptions and algorithms of gene-divide(M_divide_gene) and gene-dismember (M_dismember _gene), and propose the standerd to judge whether the single gene or gene segment is useful;2. Introduce the conceptions and algorithms called single-gene- evolution (SGE) and gene-segment-evolution(GSE);3. Propose and implements an approach called Trans-Gene Expression Programming(TGEP);4. Discuss some parts of steps of the TGEP in math and conduct experiments to prove it;5. Conduct extensive experiments to prove the effectiveness of this approach and finds the efficiency has been greatly improved by TGEP than GEP in mining complex functions.
