The control of laser beam quality is one of important basis which ensure the circulating security of the laser system and enhancing power effectively in the field of high power laser system, in which the diagnosis and control of small-scale distorted wavefront is a key issue. In this paper, the laser small-scale distorted wavefront sensing system error and reference wavefront error effect in wavefront reconstruction are theoretically analyzed, using the Fresnel zone plate arrays as wavefront sensor, furthermore, We research the laser small-scale distorted wavefront rectification, using liquid crystal spatial light modulator (LCSLM) as controller. The main research contents and innovative results can be summarized as follows:1. We analyze the feasibility of using the Fresnel zone plate arrays as sensor in distorted wavefront measurement; compare the effect of South Well model and Zernike area wavefront reconstructed algorithm in reconstruction of small-scale distorted wavefront.2. We analyze the source of system error, research the effect to wavefront reconstruction when exist of kinds of assemblage error: slope, off-focus, and slip, and simulate.3. We analyze the effect to wavefront reconstruction when the reference wavefront is not standard, such as the reference wavefront is global distorted, has high frequency noise, or is sloping, and simulate the results, they provide valuable reference to the project design in the laser small-scale distorted wavefront measurement.4.
