From the view of computer applications within the business administration, this thesis introduces the basic theories of SCM system. Aimed at information sharing and integration in modern enterprises management system,the application and direction of SCM in integrating suppliers and distributor companies management are discussed. The general operation and function are abstracted,CBD technologies are used in software engineering to realize the configurable management system based on data-driving contrasting against short response to operation changing. Fast configure is realized according to the demand of operation and function of enterprise in course of software implement. This software system procures the expected effects as well as the positive comment from users in the field-operations. The artificial neural network processes information by imitating the structure and function of biologic brain, has good self study ability and memory,is well used in parallel processing,distributing storage and clustering. The fuzzy Hopfield neural network and its use of clustering are discussed. The sensitivity of threshold value and its supremum and infimum are researched. A credit clustering model based on FuzzyHN is proposed and implemented in the SCM system of a large farming corporation for Credit Rating. The supremum and infimum of threshold value are automatically searched by dichotomy in this model. It is designed with the use of asp.net plus MS SQL Server 2000 B/S structure and provides a scientific method on credit clustering of the suppliers of corporation. The rationality of results is verified by application.
