For the purpose,we do some remodel for the quondam thermodynamic engineering control system.The design of a integral thermodynamic engineering control system of medium circulating fluidized bed boiler has CRT and analog instruments interfaces,the hardware of the system is based on HONEYWELL controller S9000,aiming at the newly-built 4~# 75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler of a coal-mud thermo-eletric plant of Baodian Coal Mine.Control platform connection terminals are named after controls parameters with the convenience of design,installation and maintenance. The thermo-eletric control system is equipped with various devices,based on the internet, distributed in the level- distributing control manner,realizing cooperating with each other,sharing data and information, fulfilling various control and management functions.Burning boiler control system is designed in two level control structure: monitoring level and loop level. FIX measuring and controlling system is adopted.Monitoring level: the monitoring level of burning boiler control system is upper level,above loop level,and intelligent control system based on the experiences and rules,it's function includes:1) determine the system failure,including the data correctness.2) determine and recognise boiler running status and real instance of input and interference.
