As modern project planning and controlling method, the network planning technology is widely used in industry, agriculture, construction and traffic transportation.As the developing of economy, market globalization, product individuation and enterprise specialization make project more and more large and difficult. Especially, complicated single-item manufacturing enterprises' procedure are very complex and exist a great quantity of activities, the traditional single level network planning technology is difficult to effectively direct the production of them. So the complicated network plan is managed by hierarchical approach so as to effectively direct the production of complicated single-item manufacturing project.This paper discusses multilevel network planning technology, points to existing problems, studies problems of combination and breakdown of hierarchical network graph, plan scheduling based on multilevel network planning technology, and critical resource leveling. Finally, the multi-level network planning optimization system is designed and implemented. The system has improved effectiveness, global optimization, and performability of production plan through test. |
