| The displacement measurement is one of the most basis programs of measuring technique,and is of wide application in engineering. Therefor, it has important operation significance in accelerating the product development to research on new sensors for displacement measurement with simpleness,practicality,convenience manipulation,wide of accommodation and well economical efficiency. In this paper,a new displacement sensor system based on polarized light detecting method which has absolutely place detecting ability is sdudied . The thesis contains 5 chapters with their contents as follows:Chapter 1. The research background of long-range displacement sensor is being comprehensively reviewed. The meaning and main content of this subject are also mentioned.Chapter 2. Study on the theory of polarized light detecting method and detecting theory based on phenomena of polarized light. Two departments of displacement sensor with absolutely place detecting ability, displacement information of one period detecting system and period information detecting system,is also introduced.Chapter 3. Base on the theoretical analysis of Chapter 2, design displacement sensors.Mainly Include three parts: mechanical structural system, circuitry and software system . Mechanical structural system involve displacement changeover mechanism, transmission mechanism, displacement information of one period detecting system and period information detecting system. Circuitry involve LED drive circuit, signal modulation circuit, DSP circuit and display circuit . Software system involve module such as sampling, software filtering, mathematical operation and display processing.Chapter 4. Installation,debugging and signal detecting of prototype of sensor. A series of experiment are completed to test the precision and validate the absolutely place detecting ability of sensors.Chapter 5. Mention the main achievements of this thesis, and pointed out the directions for further workin. |
