Chan Shan Culture which contains lots of content, has been a long history, it is a splendid fllower of China culture. Culture can't exist without language, so the research of Chao Zhou Dialec owns crucial meaning.Chao Zhou Dialect (Chao Yu for short) is one of the eight major Chinese dialects. It's the oldest and most special dialect. Many people are using it.It's a big move to construct the Chao Yu Input Method. This paper introduces how to construct the Chao Yu Input Method. It not only provides basic functions which most other input methods have, but also provides the tone input method and jumping code input method. It's with a lot of local characteristics. And it also offers great help for researching in this dialect. In addition, after providing Chao Yu's surrounding, we can do more research in this field. Mandarin is a universal language in our country, comparing it and Chao Yu is great pioneering work. In this paper, we use information-entropy and LZW-Arithmetic to analyze their information-content. After the research, we get the deduction that Chao Yu has more glossaries. This item aslo provides more value for Chao Yu research.
