Research On Intelligent Search Technique For Technical Barriers To Trade

With the quickening of the economic globalization and process of liberalization of trade, Technical barriers to trade (TBT) has already become the main obstacle of preventing our country from exporting, and TBT still has the tendency to aggravate year by year at present.One of the main reasons is that our country is not well informed to the TBT information, and can not grasp the importer to the accurate information of forming the barrier of products of our country in time. Then it leads enterprise to react on replying, breaking through or evading, even lead the miss the opportunity slowly.So the task of top priority is to collect and follow the relevant information of foreign TBT in time, and monitor and find the information of TBT of importer in export product, then offer the newest multidate information for TBT early warning system. It makes enterprises find out about foreign TBT situation in time, take measures as soon as possible and minimize losses.We studied the TBT file structure, the current situation of the development of the search engine of at present, and the structure of the traditional search engine, defect,etc. Then it introduced the Agent and Ontology technology of artificial intelligence to apply the intelligent search Agent system for Technical Barriers to Trade. We gave a design of intelligent search Agent system, which had a good expansibility and adaptability. Then it introduced the framework of its architecture, and presented its main function and main implementing techniques. This intelligent search Agent system can control the content that TBT relevant websites upgrade in real time, download TBT effective information of the dynamic change accurately, offer the prompt sharing data for early warning Agent system. We used the Agent developing platform-JADE, the full-text search engine- Lucene, and the Ontology technology to develop an intelligence search agent prototype, then the relevant experimental data verified the effective function of intelligence searches.
