Except with the advantages of long range early warning and anti-stealth, rending anti-radiation missiles useless, also for its inherent flexibility and mobility that enlarge warning region, high frequency ship-borne surface wave over-the-horizon radar (HF SSWOTHR) has been widely used in military domain.However, the movement of radar platform aggravates the complexity and difficulty of the target detection. So the realization of target detection on the condition of moving platform becomes one of the key techniques which must be solved in the development of HF SSWOTHR. One of these problems is the broadening of the first order sea echo Doppler spectrum, which most likely swamps the targets spectrum. Super-resolution spatial spectrum estimation is applied in this dissertation to realize bearing resolution by utilizing the different bearings between targets and first-order sea echoes.The simulation of radar echoes in one resolution cell is presented based on the theoretically analyzing HF sea clutter sea clutter reflection characteristic and sea echo spectrum stretching mechanics. Also first-order and second-order sea clutter echo model are given. All of above presents the data to study the algorithm which will be used to detect the targets against the broadened Bragg lines.Eigenstucture-based algorithms are used to realize bearing resolution on the basis of synthetically comparing several classical algorithms. First sea echo's bearing prior knowledge is utilized to constitute project operator to constraint the noise subspace estimation with the use of Constrained MUSIC algorithms, which largely increases the resolution and DOA estimated accuracy. From the utilizing surround of MUSIC algorithms, we can sure the resolution and DOA estimated accuracy of MUSIC algorithms must be effected by the sea clutter.So, basing on the chaotic theory we look sea clutter as a chaotic system, reconstruct the phase-space of sea clutter to forecast and eliminate the sea clutter. Basing on the characteristics of artificial neural network which can simulate any non-line function we reconstruct the sea clutter condition-equation to forecast and eliminate the sea clutter.
