The technology of weak signal detection at chaotic background has theoretic significant and military appliance values in our nation. Chaotic signal has always been construction processed as stochastic signal in tradition detection methods, so the detection performance is not ideal. However if we use chaos signal as background signal, it is better to detection the weak signal from the chaotic background signal using the theory of chaos.With weak signal detection as the main topic of this paper, utilizing the theory of state space reconstruction of chaos time sequence, neural network mode of chaotic system is established, witch provides the essential premise for weak signal detection at chaotic background.The main works of this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly , the chaotic theory is introduced systematically. The discriminate method between chaos signal and weak signal based on Lyapunov exponent is researched. Some method of phase-space reconstruction in chaos system and the choice method to embedded dimension and delay time are analysed.Secondly, there analyzes the feasibility to realize phase-space reconstruction of chaos time sequence using neural network.
