Research On Recognition Technology Of Computer-version Surface Defects System For Copper Strips

The copper strips are used in many scales, and the demands become more and more large. But it has some defects such as air bubbles, scarification, and oxygenation and so on. The cause of those defects has many, such as the production condition, the group condition etc. If the defects are in the middle of the copper strips and the defects aren't inspected by the worker, so the copper strips will be discard and the material will be wasted. In order to save the copper materials and reduce the cost of production, we must research the online detection system to enhance the production rate of the copper strips. By now, the method of detecting the copper strips is to use the eyes to detect and the method is low efficiency, the workers often miss defections, at the same time, the group conditions harm the worker's body.The capability of the computer is more and more large, and the computer can handle the data very fast. The computer vision develops very rapidly and it can handle the digital image in real time, which can detect the copper strips online.This paper's content is as follow:(1) According to online detection system's technical requirement, its overall design of this system is put forward.(2) We research the VFW and the real-time collection of digital image became true.(3) We research the copper strips' digital images and find the ways to denoising.(4) With the research of defect properties, we find the proper method to defect defects and cut apart the image.Then, I write some code using the windows XP and visual C++ and they can use in the reality.
