E-Government is an information service and information process system, which based on network and accords with Internet technology standard and faces to government units, enterprises and public. Recently, the E-Government construction in our country has made obvious progress. Whereas, because this project started later and lacked unitive security layout, usually, it just aimed at certain or several security leak to implement security, it exists biggish security hidden trouble.Since researchers began to do the research of E-Government security problem, so many facts have proved that constructing E-Government security architecture can guarantee the running of the whole E-Government system in security, reliable and effective mode. But it doesn't mean that the security architecture design of E-Government should seek the greatest security, especially in recent years, there is a sharp contradiction between cost and security risk. The balance among security, cost and efficiency has become the key research point in the current E-Government security construction process.
