Confronted with booming energy requirement, electric power department need to improve on the traditional electro-manage system to carry out electric-data effectively, analyze electric power market generally, map out electrovalence policy scientifically and forecast electric power increase precisely.It was a basic condition to ensure the safety of electro-manage system web to gain those aims with the web and information technique used by domestic electric industry popularly. However, the old software of electro-manager system couldn't adapt to current status on web security. PowerManager, a new software of electro-manager system, was added in log serving module, which memorized what had happened in system so that the system users could know how the system run in time and keep PowerManager circulating all right.While the thought which considered the system as the aggregate of cooperators in course of log file system devised in text, Aspect-Oriented Programming was adopted and system concerns was realized by means of relaxed coupling. The system concerns, such as system running, forward purchase and unconventionally using, were realized by java, while log serving module was realize by AOP language, AspectJ. All system concerns were weaved together by aspect-integration finally, and log aspect crosscuted every concerns by means of relaxed coupling, which caused the problem, code chaos and decentralization due to OOP, resolved effectively.The core technique of log files was considered and solved sufficiently in course of PowerManager log serving module designed. It resolved the problem about how to control augment itself, how to keep the consistent format , how to realize the safety of log file transmitting and preserving. Public-key encrypt arithmetic had two scarcities. The first, the work of operation was more excessive than symmetry encrypt. The second, the rate of operation was slower than symmetry encrypt.
