Tritium is a isotope of hydrogen and it will occur β disintegration, so it is necessary to survey the tritium surface contamination in the locations where the tritium is produced and stored.Having known the current surveying tritium contamination meters and combining the correlative scientific research items , The article researched and produced a smart and high-precision tritium surface contamination survey meter which is based on the soc singlechip-uPSD3234,and evaluate the performance of the meter.The main research results are as follows:1. Researched and produced a tritium survey system with perfect functions2. Researched and produced a signal processing module based on the uPSD3234 singlechip.3. Developed the data analysis and management software which can satisfy demands.4. Compiled the USB interface program which is used to transmit the instrument's data to the host computer.The result of primary application shows: the instrument with high precision and good stabilization can satisfy the demands of users.
