Research And Design Of DRM Based On Storage Card

When the stage of 3G is coming to us in wireless communication, the bandwidth of wireless access is broad enough for a new consumption: digital content. On the same time, the related copyright management of the digital content in mobile environment is becoming another issue before we use it in the reality. As we all know, it is nearly mission impossible to directly make great improvement on the current mobile terminal to support this new requirement. But it is easy to achieve the same object by doing some work on the controller to the storage card which is originally used as the supplementary to the mobile terminal. This paper is mainly introduce the related research and development work on the improvement of the storage card controller to realize the digital work copyright management in the user part.This paper is based on related research project "The Design of Storage Card Controller" in CHINA PUTIAN Institute of Technology, which is for the Chinese mobile storage state standard guided by Chinese Mobile Storage Industry League. It will mainly introduce the analysis, research and design work in the security subsystem of storage card, and the purpose of the finished work is to realize the digital work copyright management of storage card application.The mainly tasks that this paper will cover are:1. Study the series standards of DRM techniques, such as OMA DRM/CPRM and some other popular digital work copyright management standards; and give out the deep analysis result to find the joint of digital work copyright management and mobile storage card.2. Study the encryption algorithms like DES, 3DES, RSA etc. for the realization of security subsystem in storage card.
