The purpose of this process is get the correct and useful field via identify the text in an appropriate way. And put the field into the database. So we transform the files management into database management, and the process is convenient for deep-seated service like the second processing or database searching or Text Mining and so on.In this paper, the application we discussed is used for updating the database of law information, so this application is the updating system of the law information web site.
