Through analyzing the development and present status of train's controlling and recording device, the dissertation determines the research emphasis and framework. Firstly, expatiate the necessity and feasibility of controlling and recording device. Through studying circuit of railway, train's obstruction , train's signals and factors which influence train's movement, I predominate the key of controlling train, establish the idea of sampling device which is the core of controlling and recording device. The dissertation introduce composing of sampling device, structure of communication and working principle. It definitudes design idea and describes design idea of controlling and recording part, analog value sampling part, input digital value sampling part, input and output digital value sampling part and power supply part. I design self-inspect circuit in every part. When one part works abnormalitily, it will make blooey signal to host computer. I apply technology of filter and protection in design of circuit which enhances dependability of system.The dissertation makes discuss from aspect of dependability of system. I design protect circuit which prevents high voltage. It filter interfere effectively, add protection in front of system. I design surplus voltage and scarce voltage protection circuit in power supply part which make a steady voltage in every part.The dissertation depict the technology of double-CAN communication and double-computer backup which enhances dependability of system. And it make sure real time ability of system which makes the product as project product.The dissertation applies technology of computer to train's running. It has reference value in some degree in train's safety running and real time controlling in railway system.
