There are two main transferring ways of controlling Laser beam in space: acousto-optic deflexion and mechanism deflexion, the driving system of acousto-optic deflexion is complex and the dispersion is serious. The response of mechanism deflexion is slowly, which velocity and precision are confinement each other. Therefore, based on conical effect in crystal a new method of light deflexion is putted forward. The wave vector of light transmitting along the light axis of biaxial crystal, the direction of light will vary with the polarization states which can be changed by controlling the magnetic field of Faraday rotator. So controlling direction of Laser beam comes true. A scheme that conical light effect is applied to tracking of CD is introduced. These optical elements such as Faraday rotator , biaxial crystal and optic lens etc have been analyzed. Characters of Optic Headed , the index of tracking velocity and the structure of Optic Headed have been analyzed and compared with traditional tracking means of machine-eletricity .In the meantime, the application of optical switch and linearity scanning have been discussed in this paper.
