To satisfy the R&D of the first automatic measurement system of negative pole emitter uniformity, a further R&D of high voltage and narrow pulse power supply and high accuracy steady current power supply for filament in the system switching power supply are carried out in the issue. Theory analyse and parameter discursion of ZCS-PFM converter technology are carried out . And detailed design of the whole machine of high voltage and narrow pulse power supply based on this technology is carried too. Bipolar SCR phase-shift and waves-cut technology is adopted to design high accuracy steady current power supply for filament. The interface of power supply and anti-jamming are also concerned in the issue. Finally the control part is mentioned. Multithreading program design is applied in this part to accomplish the automatic control and visable operation design.The rationality of power supply is validated by the measurement of the theoretical analysis and sticking point actual waveform. Now the system has been available for occupancy through acceptance, and its work is steady and reliable. It is proved through systematic working operation condition and the actual measure result that the system fit the specification of the design.
