Study On The Key Technologies Of Impurity Detection In Liquid Based-on Video

Presently, in the field of impurity detection in liquid, most research is limited to single frame image. That cannot get good result. We do research in automatic detection technique of liquid impurity on the basis of video frequency. It has significance in theory and has broad application future in industry production field.Based on the analysis of the application character, we put forward a system scheme of impurity detection in liquid on the basis of video frequency, and finished the combination and construction of imaging system, and designed the detection frame of software system; We analyse the feature of liquid image, region segmentation and location of liquid was realized; We compare the various motion detection methods, founded on the feature of liquid image sequence, and present a targets extraction algorithm on the basis of successive three frame images'frame difference, the algorithm has the advantage of real time and accurate detection; We analyse the feature of noise, and present appropriate methods of eliminating noise. A software system of liquid image sequences analysis is constructed, and experimentations indicate that the software system achieves application standard.
