This dissertation focuses on the carrier recovery in high dynamic navigation receiver, the effect of IQ mismatch in direct down conversion receiver and the signal to noise ratio estimator in navigation receiver. The major work is as following:Based on the analysis of signal receiving problems when navigation receiver is in high dynamic circumstance, some typical algorithms such as maximum likelihood estimator(MLE),extended Kalman filter(EKF), frequency lock loop(FLL), digital phase lock loop(PLL) and frequency extended Kalman filter(FEKF) are deduced. And the performance of these algorithms is compared with each other. To simplify the sampling rate design and digital processing in receiver ,we prefer to use the direct down conversion structure. The problem is the analog front-end in this structure will bring IQ mismatch, which will effect the phase of recovered carrier and code. In this article we analyse the error due to IQmismatch. In order to monitor the satellite, carrier to noise ratio estimator is needed in receiver. The widely used carrier to noise ratio estimator is sensitive to residual Doppler frequency. We present a new estimator whose property is somewhat better than the widely used one. All the research were carried out fully considering engineering applications. Some of the research results have been successively used in receivers.
