Network Security And Network Safety Culture

The security problem of network in current is an urgent task for people to solve. Resolving this problem is meaningful to promote the network development safely and healthy. Many people have done many efforts to solve this problem and put forward many settlements. Based on the analysis of current situation of network security and network security solutions, the paper point out that people regard information safety as the core of network safety, and the main mean to solve this problem is technique in nowadays. However, current situation of network safety cant not satisfy people. With the development of the network, network security appears some new form. This text lodged a new settlement called network safety culture which was based on the influence of the culture to human's network behavior and the system analysis of the network system that in virtue of the theory of person and machine system. The paper demonstrated the sufficiency and the necessity for the produce of network safety culture by studying the tendency of network security solutions, culture, safety culture and network culture, and also demonstrated the levels structure, content structure and the relation between them based on the decomposition of human, machine and environment. It also researched the manifestations, influential factors of network safety culture and its influence to network security. Based on the former study, this paper pointed out that building network safety culture is a complicated systematical project. Then, it put forward the principles, ways, the things need attention to build the network safety culture from particular analysis. In the end of this paper, there is the significance of building excellent network safety culture.
