In recent years, the incorporation of nanometer-sized materials into the conducting polymers has been suggested as an efficient scheme to improve the LED performance in comparison to the individual single-component-based devices. The promising candidates are conjugate polymer and II—VI semiconductors. In this paper, poly(aniline(An)-anthranilicacid(OAA))(PAOAA) with conjugation structure is prepared by the copolymerisation, introducing —COOH with complexation onto the macromolecule chain, and the molar ratio of An/OAA' effect on yield rate, conductivity, content of carboxyl, molecular weight and thermal stability are studied. The results show that the conductivity of PAOAA is 10-3S·cm-1, and their thermal stability is higher than that of polyaniline(PANI). With increasing the molar ratio of An/OAA, the yield and molecular weight of PAOAA increase, but the content of carboxyl decreases. Using ion exchange technology, poly(anilin-anthranilicacid ) transition metal complex(PAOAAM) is prepared, and in this way transition metal ions M2+(M2+=Ni2+, Co2+, Mn2+, Zn2+, Cd2+) were successfully introduced into PAOAAM. The contents of transition metal ions were measured by the means of complexometric titration. The effects of the concentration of transition metal ion, exchange time and molar ratio of An/OAA on the exchange capacity were further studied. The results indicate that exchange capacity gets to maximum while the exchange time is 15 hours, the concentration of ion is 0.04mol/L, the molar ratio of An/OAA is 1:4, The sequence of different metal's exchange capacity is in the order of Ni2+>Co2+>Mn2+>Zn2+>Cd2+. The structure and properties of PAOAAM were characterized by IR, XRD, UV-Vis, PL, SEM ,TEM etc. It was found that the conductivity of PAOAAM increases up to 10-2S·cm-1, and the fluorescence intensity is enhanced to some extent with compared as PAOAA. In order to improve the performance of PAOAAM, the nanocomposite of poly(aniline-anthranilic acid)/transition metal sulfides (PAOAA/MS) was prepared by sulfuration reaction of thiacetamide and PAOAAM, the properties and structures of the nanocomposte were also...
