All the lumber has the fine sound vibration performance, the difference of lumber sound vibration performance can the more directly reflect plate intensity difference. The intellectualized wood strength on-line real-time detection line uses Fast Fournier Transformation (FFT) the frequency spectrum based on the attack sound and the plate geometry data to analysis and ensure plate static elasticity coefficient, simultaneously according to the plate static elasticity coefficient carries on the classification to the plate intensity and makes classification marking.The paper mainly aims at the intellectualized wood strength on-line real-time detection line to form a set of numerical control software which consists of surfaces in a friendly way, complete function, easy to operate, strong timeliness, high accurate rate and higher specialization.This article mainly introduces the work flow of plate elasticity coefficient automatic detection line, the gather of plate geometry data, the method of hammerhead orientation, the pick-up of the attack sound's resonance frequency, based on BP Nerve network plate intensity classification algorithm and software overall design.
