Design And Implementation Of WebCL System Based On Multi Agent

With the gradual development and matureness of computer technology as well as the further research of learning theoretics and education theoretics, CAI has transferred from stand-alone learning and individual learning to corporate learning and collaborative Learning. CSCL is the conjunct of the theoretics and method of CSCW and CL. WebCL is the development and applications of CSCL under the Internet circumstances. The theoretics and method of WebCL gives us an excellent approach to construct a learning society in the Internet.After analyzing the representative WebCL system both at home and abroad as well as finding out their deficiencies and reasons, this paper puts forward a new idea. The new idea uses the technology of multiagent to construct WebCL system on the basis of the analysis of the theoretics of CSCW and CL. This paper also designed and constructed a WebCL system based on multiagent. The WebCL system has the characteristics of adaptability, exchangeability among different parts, intelligence and practicability.This system uses interface Agent to analyze the interest and capability of users for catching the characteristic information of learners and compartmentalizing groups on heterogeneity better. Then it can improve the performance of groups and the learners'self-determined interest. The system uses the student model Agent to monitor the students'emotions to carry out the individual learning. Also the system uses the corresponding Agent to exchange and share information between the teaching organization Agent and the cooperative service Agent. In this way the students can learn knowledge according to their needs and teachers can teach in accordance of the students'aptitude. The system can make the students exchange their on-line information and cooperate with each other. So they can obtain knowledge, improve creativities, exert their strong suit and at the same time raise the ability of cooperating with others.
