Nowadays, the demand for saveing energy of industrial stove is increasing everyday. Heat-transfer which is one of the most important components in the industrial stove, its function is to reuse the heat of the exhausted air, thus the fuel can be saved and temperature of the stove and air can be increased. Although the design method of heat-transfer and the standard is advancing day by day, however the different working conditions make it difficult to produce the heat-transfer in large quantity. People have to design the heat-transfer separately, so the design time needs to be shortened. Because of the characteristic and the quick updating of the heat-transfer, the traditional way of design heat-transfer that is to calculate and to draw by people can not adapt to the date. CAD technology can not only save manpower, but also can improve the efficiency and the quality. The project related to this paper is to develop a program which can make it easier to design a kind of heat-transfer, and the customer is one design company of industrial stove ("A"company).On the base of customer requirement of the program, I refer to design manual of common heat-transfer, design manual of industrial stove, GB150, GB151 and the experience of"A"Company, and analyses the design flow of the heat-transfer to complete the process calculating program. On the platform of MDT 6.0, make use of the tools such as MCAD API, VC++ and objectARX to research the developing flow and the realization of ARX program. Objecting the heat-transfer, and developed the parameterized design module.This paper targeted the CAD design of heat-transfer, analyzed the design goal, function of system and key technology, and finished the design and debugging of the program. The program can run successfully on the platform of MDT6.0. The main function of the ARX program is process design, parameterized design,mass calculating.
