As a complicated sensor, a radar needs to share communication and information with others to work more effectively. To construct modern aerial defence system with radar, the range of monitoring needs to be extended from short or intermediate scale to large one. In that case, radar can not only wipe off its blind area and improve the ability of counter-stealth and scout, but also reduce the cost of one radar's malfunction.This thesis take ground-phase-scan radar network as research object. At first, the framework and functions for common single-radar system are introduced, and a form of radar network using optical fiber is proposed,illustrating briefly what function should radar monitor software take effect.Based on TCP/IP protocol, a method for data encapsulating on application layer is given in this paper, on the basis of which, the functions of different nodes of the radar system is defined, and the process of communication among radar equipments, net equipments and user terminals are discussed. A model of radar auto strategy-determination is given on the side of radar automation.Information management and protection are need to be considered from the viewpoint of radar data security. The processes for key creating and managing in radar network are given based on common key encryption method. On the side of user control administration, based on project experience, a efficient user control administrating struct and method is proposed.Data fusion is one of the major purposes for radar network. As the base of the method for data fusing and "ghost" cancelling, the algorithms for time correction and uniform space coordinating are given in sampling cycle first.
