This article firstly introduces the PHS wireless network and the current status and regular methods to the RF, emphasizing the importace of RF in the PHS network. Then introduces many indexes normally used in the RF to evaluate the quality of a PHS network. On the basis of those, summarize 7 important and general indexes with author' s experience of RF, which can evaluate a PHS network quickly and effectively. By the analysis results, the RF can be guided quickly, which is the highlight and creations of the article.1). Develop and summarize 7 important and general network indexes .Summarizes 7 important indexes and introduces how to get those traffic datas from PHS and CSMS. Those indexes cover the evaluation to the switch side and CSMS side including LA, CS, wireless interference, which can give a general evaluation to the network. After calculation and analysis of the 7 important indexes, considering the principles of RF, a more reasonable and accurate evaluation to the PHS network can be gotten. Then the according actions to RF can be taken.2). Develop and creat many specific views to guide the quick RF.CSMS (Cell Site Management System) is an application based on SQL Server, so many views can be cerated on the baisis of the different physical area. Wireless traffic data can be gotten quickly and conveniently by those special views, then those indexes can be calculated and an evaluation to the specific wireless network can be made. By those results, the RF can be guided efficiently. In the last part of the article, taking the PHS wireless network of Qingdao area as an example, made an introduction to the creation of special views and their quick and effective guidance to the RF, which is proved to be doable and practiceable in the real site.
