With the progress of infrared control and guide weapon became the mainstream, laser jamming becomes more and more important in modern war. But the current laser apparatus can't generate 3-5μm wavelength laser unless through parameter conversion. The near-stoichiometri LiTaO3 has excellent speciality, such as high efficient conversion, tune conveniency, biger size and high damnify value etc.In this dissertation, the theory of quasi-phase-matched (QPM) technology and optical parametric oscillation (OPO) was expatiated and studied first. And then the theoretic technique of import the periodically wave of periodically poled crystals in the process of OPO was studied, The theoretical method was realized by using period poled crystal in quasi-phase-matched optical parametric oscillation. And the theory of QPM was explained on the base of coupling wave equation.And following, a project was designed in the outside electric field periodically poling technology, and a suit of periodically poling equipment was designed and made out based on the project. It contains: waveform emitter, the output procedure was compiled on personal computer, D/A card as interface card, the waveform emitter could export random waveform in±5V. Separately amplifier could separate 3KV/mm high voltage circumfluence, and provided 20 times voltage. High voltage amplifie circuit was designed and executed, and 7KV high voltage was gained, 200 times amplified voltage was realized.Electric film's facture on surface of crystal was investigated, 30.4μm poled period was designed, and the effect on periodically structure of aster chisel craft was analyzed.The content of polarization experiment was: periodicity structure of material was designed. The growth and change of crystal's domain poling process was researched. The method to determin reversal electric field was provided, and on the base of experiment data in this method, a new periodicity poled waveform and period was designed.
