The establishment of synchronous mechanism for the system is simply described, and the realization techniques for the system are studied. Some results in this article will be a good choice in some extends for the way to solve the vital technical difficulties of practical chaotic digital communication. And an actual network digital secure communication based on chaotic synchronization is taken into implimentation.
