Multicarrier Code Division Multiplexing Access (MC-CDMA) system is the candidates with a great applied foreground for future mobile communications system since it has been proposed and attracts more and more attentions of researchers. As CDMA, Multi-path Interference (MPI) and Multi-address Interference (MAI) also constitute the major interference in MC-CDMA.OFDM technology can be used to oppress MPI, multi-user detection can be used to eliminated MAI.MPI can be decreased by exploiting multi-antenna in the transmitter or receivers, it is the so-called antenna division. The space-time code combines antenna transmitting division, channel coding and modulation technique together to increase the anti-declining capability of the system. For the time being, many researches mainly focus on space-time block code, the system combines space-time block code and MC-CDMA gradually becomes an attractive field.
