The advantages of the multiuser detection in mitigating multiple access interference (MAI) in CDMA systems were concerned within the worldwide in the recent years. There are many progresses to have been made on multiuser detection, but the applications of multiuser detection technology to commerce or practical engineering have not been solved yet.In order to deepen the research on multiuser detection and speed up the process of its entering into the commercial markets, we have studied the problem of multiuser detection based on CDMA systems in the paper. From the system simulation view, we have given the structure of decorrelation detector and the one of MMSE detector, respectively and designed the two corresponding tokens to expand the functions of CDMA library in SystemView. Based on the two new units, CDMA simulation systems with multiuser detector have been finished as well. Meanwhile, to elevate the efficiency of computation, a new method has been developed to reduce computing time by changing sample rate used during the system simulation.All the results obtained from the simulating experiments have shown that the design of the simulation system tested with multiuser detector is correct, valid and of significance for studying multiuser detection further.
