In order to solve the problems in the process of product design, such as product collaborative design, standard management of knowledge, reasonable utilization of resource, a platform of product management based on multi-Agent cooperation Model is brought forward in this paper. In the beginning I introduced the definition and basic structure of Agent. Because the ability of one simple Agent is very limited, always couldn't satisfy the need of system and complete more sophisticated duty in open environment. So the work is mainly based on multi-Agent system.There are a lot detail about the associated theory of MAS, including what's MAS, the organizing structure of MAS, such as the centralized structure, mix management structure and disperse structure. In the paper I put forward MACM model based on Agent management. Because Tribase mission distribute model and enlighten mission distribute algorithm are adapt to multi-Agent system, and my paper plan to design a efficient multi-Agent system, so in the thesis I take the mission distribute algorithm based on queue theory. In the past the queue algorithm without considering the reasonable application of system resource was too simple, then in my model I take the secondary queue strategy based on contract protocol to assign duty, integrate the weight and the load proportion of assigned Agent to assign the mission to the comparable leisure mission Agent. The model integrate two communication modes together: blackboard and P2P, publish the share information in blackboard, related Agent write information on blackboard for other Agent's use.
