Research And Implementation Of Customers Serving System For Telecommunication Network Operators

With the development and deepening of economy reform, the market of telecommunication faces unprecedented and keen competition, Traditional operation and managing mode have not adapted the requirement of market and clients. The telegraphic corporation should change managing tune, build up the idea that puts clients into center, and improve the service level, it deeply needs wide use of computer technology on the customer service. This paper mostly introduces a system of customer service for telecommunication network operators. This system adopts three layers of system structure (the presentation layer, business logic layer, data storage layer), middleware, component method .The system is Flexible to support developments of business and to adapt to changes of the telecommunication service, keeping high-efficiency operation in a situation of extensive user's quantity and a large amount of simultaneous terminals.This text mostly introduces middleware and the technologies OCI. The system uses Oracle database to store data and uses c Builder6.0 as development tool, so that the transplantation and the maintainability of the system are enhanced.This paper introduces the accomplishment of the whole layout and the detailed design of the system, including the implementation and testing of the system.
