The importance point of Future Public Land Mobile Communication System is supporting larger capability and higher service data rate in large cover area and high mobile entironment. DWCS employs macro diversity technology based on distributed antennas and improves the system capacity greatly. It is a totally new architecture with Virtual Cell and Virtual Base Station, which abandon the limit of traditional cellular concept.Firstly, we introduce DWCS include network construction and key concept. We also analyse DWCS's advantage and disadvantage.Secondly, we introduce the simulation platform of DWCS system using of OPNET 10.0. The protocol of access stratum named Radio Access Control protocol is designed in detail. RAC protocol includes the definitions of logical channel, FSM of Mobile Node and Processing Node, message and interact processing procedure.Thirdly, we introduce mobile management of DWCS and put forward a new concept that is distributed wireless communication system domain.Fourthly, we analyse the uplink and downlink capacity of DWCS, and demonstrate through network simulation.Fifthly, we research several strategies of antenna selective, and come true on simulaition platform.Finally, the whole paper is summarized, and some ideas about the future research on network technologies of DWCS are put forward.
