With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standard, the embedded technology has been commonly used, more and more people like the embedded products because of their cabinet, convenient and utility. The embedded products have been commonly used in a lot of areas such as national defense, industrial control, telecommunication, official automation and digital consumption and so on especially during these years. The global positioning system (GPS) has brought a great influence on human life and it is extremely high valuable on application. It has fundamentally solved the problems of navigation and orientation, and it must be more widely used in the future. The combination of embedded system and GPS can put the virtue of embedded system and GPS together, and has good prospect to be used.
