Financial security is the important part of national security. It is very easy to see the importance of the antiforgery of paper, notes and electronic notes in both traditional and electronic business.Because of the limited draft proof technology, the forgery notes come out in succession, in a short period of time, althongh the commricial banks adopt the new edition drafts with new proof technology and dark marks according to the arrangements of PBC. Under these ciraistances, the note proof technology develops fast white the digital watermark will play an improtant role in it.Althongh the watermarking technology improved a lot with mary kinds of themhaving been invented, the testing and judging way varies between designers who clid almost according to their own thoughts. In this way, it becomes difficalty to judge and compare those watermarking technology, the copyright protection and antigorgery techniques are vital points concerned by most people. Most of the used digital watermarking techniques which were designed for copyright protection of digital media took little og the proof application of goods and certificates into consideration. Most of the watermarking algorithm couldn't detect or distill watermark after being printed and scanned.In this essay, some major problems arising from the note printing are emphasized such as Robustness faint, color alters, scanning resistence and watermark signals being attacked. Besides, solvences have been promoted. Firstly, adopt MATLAB to realize watermarking algorithm. Secondly, use VC++ to design interface,the feasibility andpracticability of this reach have been proved by experiments.The watermark algovithm can resist the physical transfer of printing and scanning by applying techniques such as fixation normalization mutually which can secure the embedding position, chaotic encipher encryption, multipassage embedding and so on. What's more, the watermark designed in this essay is binary image. It can bear a large amount of information.The experiment suggested that the watermark algorithm designed in this essay has many advantages including good quality of preventing contraction and noise besides good for resisting mineograph. What's more, it can stop printing and scanning from attaction, and testing and distilling can be done rapidly.
